These General Terms of Sale of Ecomeo OÜ (hereinafter "General Terms of Sale") — whose full contact details are available in the General Terms of Use, accessible from the website footer (hereinafter "Dolazar") — are intended to define the rights and obligations of Dolazar and the Customer (as defined below) in the context of the sale of Products from the website Dolazar.com (hereinafter the "Site") published and operated by Dolazar.
The terms of use of the Site and the free services accessible from it are defined in the General Terms of Use of Dolazar, available in the website footer.
The terms of use of the paid services accessible from the Site are defined in the General Terms of Service of Dolazar, accessible from the website footer.

Dolazar reserves the right to modify these General Terms of Sale at any time. Any new version will be communicated to the Customer prior to the finalisation of the Order. A Customer who does not wish the Order they are finalising to be governed by the new General Terms of Sale should refrain from placing an Order on the Site.
The applicable General Terms of Sale are those published on the Site at the time of the Order. These apply to all products sold on the site.
The following terms, whether used in the singular or plural in these General Terms of Sale, shall have the following definitions:
Dolazar offers the Customer the opportunity to purchase Product(s) of their choice available on the Site.
The Customer may, prior to placing an Order, consult the characteristics of the Product(s) they wish to order directly on the Site.
Orders can only be delivered to European territory and the United Kingdom. Orders that do not meet these geographical limitations cannot be taken into consideration.
Orders placed on the Site may only be placed for personal purposes, as declared and acknowledged by the Customer. In this regard, Dolazar reserves the right to limit the number of Orders placed where an excessively high number would suggest commercial use of said Products.
These restrictions may apply to Orders placed using the same credit card, or using the same billing and/or shipping address.
The Customer is prohibited from reselling Products; Dolazar reserves the right to refuse sales to any Customer engaging in the resale of Products.
To place an Order, the Customer must visit the Site, select the Product(s) of their choice by clicking the "Add to Cart" button and specifying the desired quantity.
From the "Cart" page on the Site, the Customer enters their delivery and billing address, expressly accepts these General Terms of Sale by ticking the corresponding box, and then proceeds to pay the Order amount by bank card.
The Order placed by the Customer will only be final upon effective payment of the Order amount by the Customer.
Every Order placed by a Customer on the Site is subject to an immediate written confirmation from Dolazar, sent by email to the Customer.
An email is also sent to the Customer to inform them of the dispatch of the purchased Product(s).
Dolazar undertakes to deliver Products subject to available stock.
In the event of unavailability of a Product, the Customer will be informed:
The prices displayed on the Site for each Product are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is made exclusively by bank card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) on the Site.
Payments by PayPal, American Express, or any other means of payment will not be accepted.
Payment is made on the Site through a secure banking platform managed by a third-party company. In this context, Dolazar does not at any time have access to the Customer's payment information and cannot be held liable in the event of fraudulent use of the payment methods used.
Each Product delivery is deemed completed upon the package being made available to the Customer.
Without prejudice to the period available to the Customer under their right of withdrawal, we advise the Customer to inspect the package upon arrival and to make any reservations where applicable, or even to refuse the package if it appears to have been opened or shows obvious signs of damage. We advise sending reservations and complaints to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three working days of receiving the Product. The Customer may send a copy of this registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Dolazar.
Delivery of all Products is carried out by post within 4 to 7 working days.
In the event that the delivery date is exceeded by more than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the Order for the Product(s) by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium, if, after having required Dolazar, by the same means, to carry out delivery within a reasonable additional period, Dolazar has not done so within that period.
The Order is considered cancelled on the date of receipt by Dolazar of the letter or written communication informing it of such cancellation, unless Dolazar has since complied.
In this case, Dolazar will refund the Customer, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days of receipt of the above-mentioned formal notice, the price of the Product(s) subject to the Order, as well as the delivery costs charged to the Customer.
The delivery amount is charged to the Customer according to the amount specified on the Site at the time of the Order.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal to the extent that the nature of the Products purchased does not preclude it. The Customer may choose to withdraw from their Order, without needing to state a reason, within fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the Product.
A Customer wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify Dolazar no later than the fourteen (14)-day period provided above, by sending Dolazar the duly completed Withdrawal Form by email or post.
Where the Customer has been sent several Products in several separate shipments forming a single Order, this withdrawal period runs from receipt by the Customer of the last of the Products comprising the Order.
As soon as possible from receipt by the Customer of the Withdrawal Form evidencing the Customer's intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, Dolazar acknowledges receipt to the Customer by email.
The Customer, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of communicating their decision to withdraw to Dolazar, returns the relevant Product(s) to Dolazar at the postal address specified in the Withdrawal Form, in accordance with the procedures specified in said Withdrawal Form and the information note attached thereto.
The costs associated with returning the Product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal are exclusively borne by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised in good faith by the Customer, who in particular undertakes to return the Product(s) only in perfect condition (undamaged, not soiled, unsealed), in their original packaging accompanied by all accessories and documentation, which implies in particular that the Product(s) have not been subject to any improper use that would prevent their return.
The returned Product(s) must also be accompanied by the Order invoice so that Dolazar can identify the relevant Order and Customer.
The Customer accepts liability if the Product reaches Dolazar damaged or in a condition that prevents resale or in a depreciated state resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish its nature and/or characteristics.
In the event that Dolazar receives Product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal in a condition that prevents Dolazar from processing a refund, Dolazar will notify the Customer by email and return the relevant Product(s) to them.
In the exercise of the right of withdrawal under the conditions defined in this article, Dolazar will refund the Customer the price of the Product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal, including delivery costs.
The Customer's refund under the right of withdrawal will be made by the same means of payment used by the Customer for the purchase of the Product(s), namely by transfer to the bank account associated with the bank card used for payment, which the Customer accepts without reservation, at the latest within thirty (30) days from receipt by Dolazar of the Product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal.
Dolazar is liable for product conformity defects under the Consumer Code and for hidden defects in Products under the Civil Code.
When acting under the legal warranty of conformity, the Customer:
The legal warranty of conformity applies regardless of any commercial warranty that may have been granted.
The Customer may also choose to enforce the warranty against hidden defects in the Product within the meaning of the Civil Code, and in that case may choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with the Civil Code.
The Customer's Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Dolazar, accessible from the website footer.

Unless otherwise specifically provided in these General Terms of Sale, correspondence exchanged between Dolazar and the User is primarily conducted by email.
Pursuant to Articles 1366 and following of the Civil Code, the User acknowledges and accepts that information delivered by Dolazar by email constitutes proof between them and Dolazar.
Elements such as the time of receipt or transmission, as well as the quality of the data received, shall be evidenced in priority as they appear on the aforementioned media, or as authenticated by Dolazar's computerised procedures, unless written and contrary proof is provided by the Customer.
The evidentiary value of information delivered by the Site is that accorded to an original within the meaning of a paper written document, signed in manuscript form.
These General Terms of Sale express the entirety of the obligations of Dolazar and the Customer relating to their subject matter. The fact that one party fails to invoke a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to herein shall not be interpreted in the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
In the event that one or more provisions of these General Terms of Sale are considered null, deemed unwritten or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation, or following a decision of a competent court with final authority, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect and shall remain fully applicable, unless the invalid provision(s) were of a substantial nature and their removal called into question the contractual balance.
In the event of difficulty in interpreting any of the headings appearing at the beginning of clauses in these General Terms of Sale and any of the clauses, the headings shall be declared non-existent.
These General Terms of Sale are governed by Estonian law.
In the event of a dispute arising in connection with these General Terms of Sale, their interpretation and consequences, or with any acts supplementing or amending them, the Customer shall contact Dolazar with a view to seeking an amicable solution. Any complaint to Dolazar must be made in writing.
Failing an amicable resolution, the Customer may choose:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically takes possession of the last item, as applicable.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Ecomeo OÜ, Lõõtsa tn 2a, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia, by post or email at contact@dolazar.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice, if applicable, of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
